William "Bill" Beyers II has achieved the designation of Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, the only organization accredited by the American Bar Association to offer certification in the area of elder law. Bill is currently one of only seven Certified Elder Law Attorneys in the state of Colorado. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. A graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University and the University of Nebraska College of Law, Bill frequently speaks to groups about elder law, special needs, and estate planning.

Will joined the office full-time in 2016 but has been actively involved with the practice since 2013. A native of northern Colorado, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his JD from the University of Nebraska. Will focuses his practice on elder law, estate planning, and small business matters. He is licensed to practice in the state of Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the American Bar Association, ElderCounsel, and WealthCounsel.
